Spring Break
For many years now, my husband and I have been BLESSED with a "spring break" trip, given to us by the national company that my husband builds houses for. It is an earned trip dependant upon the number of houses built each year. This year our trip is to Naples, Florida and we fly out on Sunday! I look so forward to the warmer weather,the Gulf coast sunsets, seeing old friends that we have met on these trips over the years, and enjoying time with the most wonderful hunk of a husband in the world! I will be back next week with all of the "juicy" details(lol). I hope all of you have a great weekend with BLESSINGS galore and a week full of happiness!

(And yes, I kind of am too young to have an 80 yr old mom, LOL. The women in our family like to stretch out our generations a bit...I'm following suit by being 44 and having a 7 and 4 yr old! But thanks for saying so, Nancy!) :)

It is much too late for me to be online, but for some reason, I am. You took just a moment to share in my life story. I haven't even read much further than a few weeks into yours yet, but I can tell already that there is a reason our paths have crossed. My four year old son is really interested in the solar system, planets, etc. right now and one of your more recent posts relates to the beauty of those things. Anyway, I don't quite know the point I'm trying to make, but I truly hope you have a wonderful, safe trip and thanks for being you. Hope this shows you the power of blogging!

Hi Nancy, Good to hear from you again. Enjoy your trip! Sounds like a real treat. I used to work for a residential construction company and it was one of my favorite places to work. Lots of hard work and some stress, but awesome co-workers who were always there to pull together and get things done. They worked hard and played hard. I still keep in touch with some of them after over 15 years. Have an awesome time!

How fantastic for you and your husband!!! Naples! I have always wanted to go there. I heard it is fantastic. So fantastic that I would probably like to retire there. I hope you two have a wonderful, memorable time!

...ohh, by-the-way...SPRING BREAK...PARTY ON DUDE. You will never be too old for a SPRING BREAK...no matter what age you are.
Just don't show us any You Tube videos of "Hubby Gone Wild."
