Double the Pleasure

Each Thursday, I have the privilege of keeping these precious twins (my great nieces) all day long... all by myself. They are such a blessing to me and I consider it an honor to be a part of their early childhood development. They have come a long way; born at 29 weeks gestation, spent 43 days in the NICU, a starting weight of 2.6 and 3.2 pounds, and now they are 4.5 months old, weighing 11 and 12 pounds. Aren't they just the cutest babies in the world? Now that is a blessing indeed!

They are adorable Nancy - and I admire your ability to "do" twins all day long all by yourself! It's fun isn't it - this great-niece, grandbaby business? I love it!!

Susie it is great to hear from you. The twins are a blessing to so many. I am continuing to keep you and your grandpa in my prayers. Hang in there!

Linda, I am having so much fun with the twins and I can't wait for grandchildren- that will be a blessing indeed! I am so tired after my day with them- maybe the grandbabies will come one at a time. Your blog was very meaningful today, thanks for sharing.

Auntie Nancy,
Thank you for taking care of us. We always have so much fun. Mommy is glad that we can stay at home with you. We think it made it easier for her to go back to work. We can't wait to see you Thursday. We love you, Ella and Mattie

ADORABLE! My older daughter is expecting at the beginning of March and is at that stage where she is feeling awful. But only 8 weeks until she stops working and then any time...Babies are so sweet.
