Sundown

... and the sun goes down on our trip to Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Tetons.

Sunsets create a connection with my Creator like nothing else can and that is a BLESSING indeed!

You know how much I love sunset pictures - these are beautiful. I am so glad you had such a wonderful trip. I hope you make it to my neck of the woods someday - and me there as well!

Our really good friends just came back from NC where they stayed in a resort on the water.

Nancy, Thank you for your nice comment on my blog! It breaks my heart when I come across people who have had a child pass away. Knowing they're in Heaven is such a comfort though and having people around that are supportive I'm sure helps a lot too! I bet you so look forward to the day when You get to see you son again:) Oh happy day! I love the sunset pictures! I use to live in Colorado and boy, do they have beautiful ones over the rockies! Thanks again and God bless, Melissa:)

Dawn~ Sunsets are special and we were fortunate that all of them were fantastic on our trip.

Where was the NC resort? Was it Lake Lure?

Sandy~ You are right... we often take God's beautiful creation for granted. The older I get the more I appreciate the small blessings that are sent my way...even the clouds!

Cris~ You are right~ ocean sunsets rank near the top on my list too!

Mel~ Thanks for stopping by and I agree... knowing little Joe is in heaven makes it even more special to me. Thanks for encoraging other moms that have children in heaven. Prayers, encouragement make it easier. I hope you will stop back by.

Tammy~ Plan a trip for your girls... you'll be glad you did.

Dawn~ We are about 6 hours from there... that is where my godchild was killed in the beach house fire. We leave Saturday for Holden Beach, NC just north of there.

HW~ Thanks for stopping by. I haven't heard from you in awhile. Hoping all is well your way.

Hi Sue~ This trip and sharing has been such a blessing to me... I hate it's coming to an end. It may have been our best trip ever and we've been around the world and back!
