Even though I see it often, I feel blessed each time I view the
sun setting over the majestic mountains in my backyard. Life at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina, is indeed a DAILY BLESSING!
May you have a weekend filled with beautiful sunsets and daily blessings!

The Mountains here in Utah will be one of many why I never move out of state. Thanks for sharing your sunset.

I never tire of sunrise/sunset photos !
Gorgeous!!
I have to agree that every sunset fills me up. Each one is so individual and beautiful.
We vacationed in the Blue Ridge Mtns. a couple of summers ago. My bil and sil rent a cabin there every summer, and we were finally able to meet them there. It was truly magnificent. We loved it!!
You are fortunate to have those mountains as a backdrop. I grew up in the flattest part of Illinois. It is beautiful rich farmland indeed, but flat as a pancake. Even a small hill was a precious sight to me back then.
Oh, gorgeous! And beautiful sunrises too...!
I saw the Blue Ridge Mountains from a distance once. I have always wanted to go there. Lucky you!
Cheers,
Josie
Beautiful...Mountains..I would not ever get tired of that either...have a great weekend. Sandy
And to you, too, Nancy. This weekend is almost over and yes, we were blessed with truly glorious weather. Your sunset photo is beautiful. I should try that. We have pretty amazing sunsets in western Colorado, too, and it never occurs to me to try to capture them with my digital.
But I'm dumb like that. LOL
Wow! Getting to see something like that in your very own backyard really is a blessing indeed.
I have been to the Blue Ridge Mtns. many times and all I can say is I love them! So happy to hear that you are able to enjoy such God-given beautiful sunsets often! May your week be full of blessings Nancy as you take the time to share them with us! Claudia O.
Spring is here to stay and summer on the way! (I think.)
I quoted you in Part IV of "Why Bloggers Blog" Sunday night. Hope that's okay.
I captured so many beautiful sunsets on this trip to Georgia. I love them! We caught a sunrise over the ocean as well. Worth the long wait.
Just beautiful Nancy!
